Q: How does a Darent accommodation reservation differ from a hotel reservation?

A: In Darent, we offer you a variety of housing options that suit your budget and needs, a larger space, a reasonable price, an excellent location, and most importantly a unique tourist experience.

Q: How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed or not?

A: After completing the booking process successfully, you can go to the My Bookings
Icon on the home page and check the booking details and booking status.
You will also receive your reservation number via your Email and the reservation receipt that contains all the information.

Q: How can I view the invoice after booking?

  • A: From the home page go to my reservations.
  • From the list of your existing reservations, click View reservation details.
  • By entering the reservation details, you will see the reservation invoice.

A: From the home page.

Q: How do I contact the host?

A: From the home page.

Then press the button "Connect with the host"

You can also communicate with the host before confirming the reservation through the unit page (contact with the host)

Q: How can I add a discount code?

A: On the booking review page, click on the bill details button. The bill details and discount code will appear. Enter the discount code and then click on apply, the amount will be deducted automatically

Q: How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

A: Check the cancellation and refund policy before you make any changes to a reservation: go to home

Q: Will the amount be refunded when my reservation is cancelled?

A: Each host has its own cancellation and refund policy, if the policy allows canceling the reservation and refunding the amount, the amount will be refunded within 4 working days
If the policy is "non-refundable" You will not be refunded.
You can check your reservation policy by viewing the details of the cancellation and refund policy on the unit page.

A: If you use the website:

Then click on the icon (start hosting).

Q: How much commission does Darent take from the host?

A: Our commission is 15% of the reservation value.

Q: How do I manage my reservations?

A: If you use the website

Go to the home page

Then click on the (account) icon .A list will appear for you, click on (Manage Lists).

Your listed properties will appear with icons (edit / calendar).

To check your upcoming reservations, click on the (reservation requests) icon on the right of the page.

If you are using the APP

Go to (my account) icon.

Then click on the (host mode) icon. Your listed properties will appear with icons (modification / calendar).

To check your upcoming reservations, click on the (My Reservations) icon.
